October 3, 2024 Anxiety and anger emerge easily in chaos and uncertainty. Social media and our own experiences demonstrate the emotional and cognitive risks of living in turbulent times. How do you celebrate life in times of trouble? The HSD Community embraces this Simple Rule to remind us that nothing is intractable.
